Job Summary

This individual is tasked with overseeing and motivating operations employees to meet productivity objectives. They will also be focusing on coaching and leading the operations team to effectively and safely attain production and quality targets. Furthermore, they will be responsible for supervising and training warehouse staff to ensure adherence to production schedules, company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Essential Job Functions    

• Coordinate warehouse schedules and work closely with Operations Manager/Director of Operations
• Direct warehouse personnel and activities to ensure compliance with client contracts
• Prepare status and production reports
• Communicate receipt and processing of client products
• Interacting and training of new employees including temp staff
• Communicate and ensure the safety and welfare of all employees
• Related administration duties

Qualifications

Salary : $17 - $19
