The Nursing Assistant is responsible for assisting the licensed nursing staff in maintaining the highest quality of care for the residents in assisted living. Responsibilities include providing a safe environment, assisting with activities of daily living, and attending to the resident's physical comfort.
Qualifications include:
- Current certification with the State of Ohio's Nurse Aide Registry is preferred, but not required.
- Clean background
- Must be honest, dependable and exhibit a warm, caring manner.
- Must be courteous, friendly and helpful and be able to thrive in a team environment.
- Must enjoy working with the senior population and exhibit a strong desire to provide quality care to our residents
