Western Wisconsin Health is seeking a full-time Dialysis Registered Nurse (0.75 FTE). The Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing safe, high-quality nursing care to patients receiving hemodialysis treatment in the inpatient and outpatient settings. Under the direction of the Manager of Ambulatory Services, the RN performs patient assessments, administers dialysis treatments and medications, monitors patient response, and intervenes appropriately during complications or emergencies. The RN collaborates with nephrologists and the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes, promote patient education and self-management, and ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, infection prevention practices, and quality improvement initiatives. All of this is done to support the organization’s mission while living our values.
