Western Wisconsin Health is seeking a full-time Patient Access Liaison (1.0 FTE). Responsibilities include:
- Arranging for the efficient and orderly registration of clinic patients, admissions of inpatients, ER visits and individuals who have hospital-based outpatient testing or procedures.
- Interviewing incoming patients and enters information required for admission into computer database.
- Answers incoming calls through WWH's call center and makes outbound calls to patients.
- Coordinate and process patient referrals.
