Western Wisconsin Health is seeking a part-time Certified Nurse Midwife (0.6 FTE) to join our Women's Health team!
Rural full-scope midwifery practice – the practice is composed of three full-time CNMs and one part-time CNM. Clinic and hospital-based midwifery service. Antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and well-person gynecology care. This is a growing practice with opportunities for developing and promoting midwifery in Western Wisconsin.
The Western Wisconsin Health birth center embraces a midwifery model of care, with patient-centered and individualized care as a hallmark of the care we provide. Natural birth options, medication-supported birth options and obstetrical options provided at our facility. All CNMs are credentialed water birth providers. Nitrous oxide, movement in labor supported and encouraged. Lactation support. OB RNs skilled in intermittent FHR auscultation for appropriate-risk labor patients.
