Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate loan applications to determine eligibility and risk factors.
- Guide clients through the loan origination process, providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct credit analysis and financial assessments to ensure compliance with TILA and Fair Housing regulations.
- Utilize accounting software and financial tools for accurate loan processing and documentation.
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions while maintaining a strong understanding of FNMA guidelines.
- Collaborate with escrow and banking professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
