Our client care team serves a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This is a Full-Time position with a 4/10 work week and availability needed Monday-Friday. NO WEEKENDS!

- Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
