Veterinary Receptionist

Greenbrier Animal Care Center is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to join our team. We’re looking for someone friendly, bubbly, and empathetic—someone who makes clients and pets feel valued the moment they arrive.

Our ideal candidate stays calm under pressure, communicates clearly, provides a true “white glove” experience, and is always willing to go the extra mile. Strong phone etiquette, excellent typing & communication skills, and comfort with sensitive or financial conversations are important.

In This Role, You Will

• Manage appointment scheduling and daily workflow
• Multi-task between phone lines and in-person inquiries
• Process payments and review financial conversations confidently
• Help keep the clinic clean, tidy, and well-stocked
• Willingness to cross-train as an assistant and support other team members as needed
  
  

Schedule: This is a Full-Time position, with a flexible schedule (either 5x8s or 4x10s) and availability needed Monday-Friday. NO WEEKENDS!

Flexibility is essential as we reopen in January-February 2026.

Minimum Qualifications And Skill Set

• 2 years of client service experience
• Previous veterinary experience is HIGHLY DESIRED
• Proficiency in the following skills
• Client service and communication
• Welcoming and discharging patients
• Collaboration with other team members
• Managing phone lines
• Booking appointments/attention to detail
