Greenbrier Animal Care Center is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to join our team. We’re looking for someone friendly, bubbly, and empathetic—someone who makes clients and pets feel valued the moment they arrive.

Our spacious, modern facility includes three exam rooms, digital x-ray, digital dental radiography, and laser therapy—all focused on small animal care. Initially wellness-focused, we plan to expand our surgical offerings over time, giving our team a chance to help shape and grow the practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a one-doctor (and growing!) hospital with a quality-of-life schedule, no weekends, and the chance to make a real impact on the hospital’s future.

In This Role, You Will
- Manage appointment scheduling and daily workflow
- Multi-task between phone lines and in-person inquiries
- Process payments and review financial conversations confidently
- Help keep the clinic clean, tidy, and well-stocked
- Willingness to cross-train as an assistant and support other team members as needed
