Schedule and compensation:
- Compensation: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour, for each hour worked
- This is a full-time or part-time position with a flexible schedule, Monday-Friday with one rotating Saturday every 4-6 weeks. No on-call or emergency hours.

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
- 1 years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
- Previous veterinary or healthcare-related front desk experience strongly preferred
- Basic veterinary knowledge - understanding of common conditions, preventative care protocols, and appointment types - is a significant advantage in this role
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Ability to manage a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients
- Experience working with veterinary practice management software, especially Pulse, preferred
- Ability to provide compassionate, professional service to clients during both routine and emotionally sensitive situations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars preferred
- Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records
- Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team
- Ability to remain calm, professional and solution-oriented during busy periods
