Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Duties
- Greet clients warmly and handle all incoming calls of a multi line phone system with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Collect payments and maintain cash drawer and balance end of shift receipts
- Maintain detailed patient records using veterinary management software, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
- Coordinate with veterinary staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and timely care delivery
- Typing, faxing and emailing of medical records.
Experience
- Previous experience in a fast paced veterinary reception setting is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills combined with a passion for animals will help you excel in this lively environment
- Motivated to provide excellent customer services in person and over the phone.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
