What We're Looking For
- Veterinary hospital management experience is required
- Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex operations
- Strong understanding of veterinary workflows, client service, and staff development
- Experience in ER/Urgent Care settings is a strong plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

- Compensation: $55,000-$75,000 annual base salary*
- Quarterly Bonus Opportunities: Based on hospital performance
- Hiring Bonus Package: Up to $2000 based on experience and credentials
