Veterinary Hospital Manager

Reidsville Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospital Manager to lead our large and thriving practice in Reidsville, North Carolina. With a team of six dedicated doctors and a busy caseload that includes urgent care and emergency services, we're looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

What We're Looking For

• Veterinary hospital management experience is required
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex operations
• Strong understanding of veterinary workflows, client service, and staff development
• Experience in ER/Urgent Care settings is a strong plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for creating a positive, collaborative, and efficient workplace
  
  

Schedule, Benefits and Compensation **

This is a full-time, salaried position and schedule flexibility is required based on business needs.

• Compensation: $55,000-$75,000 annual base salary*
• Quarterly Bonus Opportunities: Based on hospital performance
• Hiring Bonus Package: Up to $2000 based on experience and credentials
• CE Allowance: up to $1,000 based on credentials

• Overseeing daily hospital operations and staff management
