In this role, you will provide leadership to our veterinary assistant team alongside general veterinary assistant responsibilities, including inpatient and outpatient care, and exam room assistance. Leadership responsibilities will focus on day-to-day delegation of tasks to optimize workflow, ensuring safety and medical standards are being met, and providing guidance, training, and mentorship to the support team.
This is an ideal position for those with high emotional intelligence, the ability to cultivate positive culture, and excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
This is a full-time position, with a 5/8 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday.

- Bonus package: $500 for those with 3 years of consecutive, current experience
