As Lead Veterinary Technician, you will provide guidance and oversight to our team of Veterinary Technicians and Veterinary Assistants while continuing to perform hands-on technical duties and serve as a clinical resource.

This is a full-time position with a 5/8 schedule. Availability is needed Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

- Delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow and optimal patient care
- Monitor daily operations to maintain safety and uphold medical standards
- Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help team members grow
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture
- Support doctors with surgical, dental, and inpatient care coordination
Schedule
This is a full-time position with a 5/8 schedule. Availability is needed Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Full-time benefits and compensation**:
- Compensation: Starting at $18 per hour, for each hour worked*
- Bonus package: $500-$2,000 based on experience and licensure

- Demonstrated leadership, professionalism, and accountability
