About the Role
As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—setting the tone for exceptional care and service. You’ll work closely with medical teams and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations, clear communication, and an excellent client experience.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous veterinary receptionist or CSR experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Ability to multitask and stay professional in a busy, sometimes stressful environment

- A genuine love for people and animals
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients promptly and warmly, in person and over the phone
- Answer phones, take messages, and complete follow-up calls
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently
- Check patients in and out and process payments
- Enter and maintain accurate client and patient records in ezyVet
- Handle pharmacy requests and fill certain medications as trained
- Provide clear, timely communication and education regarding hospital services
- Maintain strong time-management and organizational skills
- Support hospital workflow and assist with other duties as needed
