We are seeking Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP) for our ACT Cove Team! 

Responsibilities and Duties for Qualified Mental Health Professionals:

• Provide consumer assessments, to include the determination of initial services for priority populations
• Schedule services
• Linkage/referrals to other service providers
• Provide counseling, plan, develop, coordinate, consult, and implement services that provide treatment, education, rehabilitation, and support.

Qualifications and Skills: Qualified Mental Health Professional:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service field
• One year of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental illness, substance abuse or who are dually
• QMHP-C or QMHP-A Required
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable DMV
