## Job Summary
As the Customer Service and Ordering Associate at Western Fire Supply, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and provide exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include ordering products, fulfilling orders, managing customer online orders and large orders for federal, state, and local departments, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities:
- Ideally has Quickbooks/Shopify experience
- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist in-store customers
- Manage customer online orders and large orders for federal, state, and local departments
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize and execute order fulfillment tasks
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely product availability
- Assist in the warehouse organization and maintenance
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure work environment
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer needs
- Perform administrative tasks related to order processing and customer support
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or related field is a plus
- Proven experience in customer service, order fulfillment, or a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team and individually
- Physical ability to lift and move objects as required
