Here at Red Nation MG we offer services as part of the federal Lifeline program, which subsidizes phone and broadband service for low-income Americans.

Lifeline is a government program focused on connecting qualified low-income customers by subsidizing phone services. Customers receive a free smartphone and monthly service, they must meet the income-based or program-based eligibility guidelines. They can get Lifeline if their income is 135% or less than the Federal Poverty Guidelines. The program is limited to one Lifeline benefit per household. Qualifying programs include:

• Medicaid / Medi-Cal
• SNAP / CalFresh
• Federal Public Housing Assistance or Section 8
• Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
• Veteran and Survivors Pension Benefit
• Multiple Tribal Assistance Programs
• WIC
• and more

This is a great opportunity for those who are self motivated and very social. As an Mobile Expert it will be your duty to report to your designated location and prepare the sites (mostly outdoor) with signage and tents. Through federal and state government programs, you will be constantly engaging with the local community to help qualify consumers to receive free wireless service that includes a 4G LTE or 5G compatible Android Device with unlimited talk time, text and data - all free! Highlighted geographic areas include in and around Sacramento, California. Other California areas are also available.

Responsibility Highlights

• Connect in-person with members of multiple local communities
• Travel within a 50-mile radius of your targeted city is required
• Market our Safelink Wireless free lifeline phones to the public in a positive, professional manner.
• Prepare designated sites (mostly outdoor) with signage and tents.
• Enroll eligible consumers; set up and dispense phones.
• Follow company and regulatory guidelines for subscriber enrollment.
• Verify documents for authenticity and eligibility.
• Execute merchandising and marketing strategies.
• Maintain inventory, supplies and promotional material.
• Account for product and activity with daily reports.
• Deliver a great customer experience.

Qualification Highlights

• Excellent interpersonal and social skills
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Customer service experience (a plus)
• Proficient with smartphones and tablets
• Ability to work independently
• Lifeline or outside sales experience (a plus)
• Process, detail and results oriented
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to commute to different sites
• Outgoing personality
• Team player that enjoys helping others
• Solid planning and organizational skills
• Bilingual skills (English-Spanish) (a plus)
• Excellent command of English language (read/write/speak)
• Acceptable background and E-Verify work eligibility
• 18 years of age or older
• Local candidates with an acceptable commute to identified sites
