Job Description: Continue in purchasing role for WSR and support project managers with the communication, execution, and tracking of projects. - Web Ticket Entry (WTE) - Locate/811 Management
- Whip-Around - Equipment/Vehicle Inspection
- RAMP - AP/PO Support
- Microsoft Project (Project Specific) - Project Scheduling
- Microsoft Office (w/Teams) - File Sharing/Reporting
- PDF software – Adobe/Bluebeam
Note: Not all the Software listed above will need to be installed or utilized by all Assistant Project Managers. However, an understanding of the programs will be needed to support the project team.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Assistant Project Manager is an evolving role within the organization. We will continue to define and refine the key impacts the role has on a project and the organization. Reporting Structure: Assistant Project Manager position is a project based role where direct supervision and reporting will fall under the Project Manager of assigned projects.
