Help make every destination a little easier to reach. As a Driver, you’ll provide safe, dependable, and welcoming transportation for residents, guests, and others served by our property or community. Whether you’re helping someone get to an appointment, activity, airport, or local destination, you’ll play an important role in creating a comfortable and positive experience from pickup to drop-off.

The starting rate is based on experience and qualifications. This position participates in our compensation program, which provides opportunities for future pay growth based on performance and career development.

What You’ll Do
Safely transport residents, guests, or other passengers to scheduled destinations.
Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service throughout each trip.
Assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle as appropriate.
Help with luggage, packages, mobility devices, doors, and other reasonable transportation needs.
Complete scheduled pickups, drop-offs, errands, and delivery assignments in a timely manner.
Follow designated routes, schedules, traffic laws, and company transportation procedures.
Conduct basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of assigned vehicles.
Report vehicle maintenance, safety, or mechanical concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate mileage, trip, inspection, or transportation records as required.
Protect passenger privacy and confidential information.
Communicate professionally with passengers, families, guests, associates, and supervisors.
What Makes You Successful
Valid driver's license for the state in which you will be working.
Acceptable driving record and ability to meet company driving requirements.
Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred when applicable but not required unless required for the assigned vehicle.
Previous professional driving, transportation, hospitality, senior living, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
Strong commitment to safe and responsible driving.
Friendly, patient, and service-oriented approach.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a wide variety of people.
Ability to follow schedules, directions, policies, and safety procedures.
Willingness to assist older adults, individuals with disabilities, travelers, or guests with additional needs as appropriate.
Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including frequent sitting and assisting with luggage, packages, or mobility equipment as required.
Ability to successfully complete applicable pre-employment requirements.
