About the Role:
We are seeking an IT Intern to provide hands-on support to our IT team. This role is ideal for a student wanting to gain real-world experience in IT support, documentation, and troubleshooting. The intern will assist with day-to-day support tasks, serve as a first point of contact for IT support issues, and help with document processes and solutions.
This is an in-person position, working directly with end users and the IT team.

US Pay Range: $25 USD - $25 USD

The intern will assist with day-to-day support tasks, serve as a first point of contact for IT support issues, and help with document processes and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming IT support calls and assist users with technical issues
- Provide technical support to staff via phone, email, or in-person
- Create and update IT documentation, including how‑to guides and standard operating procedures
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks (equipment setup, account access, etc.)
- Log, track, and update support tickets in the IT ticketing system
- Collaborate with IT staff on special projects and initiatives
- Currently enrolled in degree related to Information Technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, and common business applications
- Ability to follow instructions, document work clearly, and manage multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure cloud platform, and basic scripting
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, batch scripts, or similar)
- Experience in creating technical documentation or knowledge base articles
- Interest in pursuing a career in IT support
- Real-world IT experience in a professional setting
- Mentorship from experienced IT professionals
- Opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects
