IT Help Desk Intern

Yaskawa America, Inc. - Drives & Motion Division proudly offers undergraduate engineering students the opportunity to take advantage of our internship and co-op programs. We encourage you to put your education into action and get hands-on training by working on everyday engineering projects. Yaskawa America, Inc. is currently looking for an IT Help Desk intern to work on the following projects at our Waukegan, IL location:

• Provide phone and email support for users
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, deploy equipment and document solutions.
  
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science with a sophomore or junior standing.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work with a team
• Has a passion for learning and exploring new ideas
