We’re looking for an Executive Director who is ready to lead, inspire, and support an incredible management team while driving excellence in care, culture, and operations.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the heartbeat of the community by leading with both strategy and compassion:
- Provide overall leadership and direction across all departments
- Create a culture where staff feel supported, valued, and motivated
- Ensure compliance with all Colorado assisted living regulations
- Drive census growth, community outreach, and move-ins
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and operational efficiency
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners
- Lead with accountability while keeping warmth and connection at the center
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Support and guide your leadership team to be their very best

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field preferred
- 2 years of leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, or memory care
- Strong understanding of operations, staffing, and financial management
- Experience with systems like Eldermark, QuickBooks, or similar a plus
- Must meet Colorado Administrator requirements and hold a current Administrator Certificate
Requirements
- Ability to pass background check and required screenings
- CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to be on-call and respond when needed

- Base Salary
- Performance Bonus: Quarterly bonus opportunities tied to:

- NOI / financial performance

- Annual Bonus Potential: High-performing leaders can earn $10,000–$25,000 annually in bonuses
