Come work for Western Slope In-Home Care and make a difference! You will get the opportunity to provide compassionate care to individuals in their home and give back to the elder blind or disabled. Western Slope In-Home Care provides home care services to Medicaid, VA, LTC insurance, and private pay clients who want to remain independent and live in their own homes in Meeker, CO. Must live in NW Colorado area to be able to work with our Agency. We are looking for part time caregivers to join our team!
Pay Rate Starting pay $17.00 -$19.00

Responsibilities
Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating
Remind clients to take prescribed medication
Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
Assist with personal care and hygiene
Plan and prepare meals
Complete client’s shopping or accompany them to successfully do so
Perform housekeeping duties
Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessary
