What are the responsibilities and job description for the Window Cleaning Operations Manager position at Western Reserve Window Cleaning?
We are a small, family owned window cleaning company looking for an Operations Manager. The most important quality for this position is a great attitude. We clean windows throughout Portage, Summit, Stark, and Medina Counties. The job involves both working in the office and managing the window cleaners on the job sites. Sometimes you will be working in the office, and sometimes you will be working in the field with the cleaners. You have to be comfortable with leading a team, as well as working independently, and solving problems on your own. Accountability and integrity are necessary at all times.
Basic computer skills are necessary, and some familiarity with Google Drive is helpful. Being organized is a must. We are always looking for ways to improve, and input from all employees is part of what makes us a great team.

Hours are 7:30am to 3:00pm Monday through Friday. During the busy season some days may require longer hours. Starting pay is $42,000 per year. We are too small a company to have health benefits, but we do offer matching 401(k), flexible time off, paid holidays, paid time off, and bonuses.
