What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fast, Friendly, Outdoor Work position at Western Reserve Window Cleaning?
Ground level window cleaner needed - no experience necessary. Do you like being outdoors and delivering great customer service? Do you like a fast paced job where you keep moving all day? Window cleaning could be a great fit for you.
After the training period, the pay is performance based, so as you get faster at cleaning windows, you will make more money each day. You will drive your own car, and we will reimburse you for gas, so you need a reliable car, a drivers license, and auto insurance.

Our scheduling is flexible, because we know that you have a life outside of work. Everyone earns Paid Time Off and year-end bonuses. We are LGBT friendly and accept all cultures.
Our work hours are Monday through Friday between 7:30am and 4pm. We do offer part time schedules, but they would need to fall within those hours.
Our office is in Kent, but we work throughout Portage, Summit, Stark, and Medina Counties.
