Western Ranch Brokers in Bozeman, MT is seeking a Personal / Ranch Brokerage Assistant to join their team to support one of their founding brokers. Seeking a professional assistant who has experience or interest in the real estate industry, high attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to multitask and contribute to a growing, successful company. Ranch brokerage, land use attorney or title company experience is desired. Ranch or farm background as well as flyfishing, hunting, outfitting and/or equine experience is a plus; we work hard, play hard.
Responsibilities include
-Prepare and track all documents and deadlines for real estate transactions.
-Critical point of contact with clients - secure signatures, manage and communicate important transaction deadlines.
-Work closely with clients, title companies, inspectors and other agents.
-Enter new leads into Client Relationship Management software
-Maintain contact and send updates to existing leads.
-Collaborate with the marketing department to update and maintain internal and external websites.
-Collaborate with the marketing department to create marketing materials, social media, print and digital advertising opportunities.
-Personal assistant tasks as assigned.
-Track and record expenses, personal and business
- Miscellaneous office duties include creating maps, filing, copying, printing and maintaining small office space.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university preferred.
-Licensed real estate assistant, agent or broker (if unlicensed, intention of becoming licensed in next 6 months).
-Computer literacy and experience using Adobe, G Suite Dropbox and Client Management Relationship software (HubSpot in particular)
-Strong verbal and written communication skills, in person, by phone, and via written correspondence.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy.
-Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills.
This is a full time position based in the Bozeman office but includes on-ranch time as well. Some remote work possible. Requires flexibility and availability on weekends and in evenings. Compensation with an annual performance bonus has an estimated range of $40,000 to $60,000 depending on experience.
