JOB DESCRIPTION: The role of Service Operations Senior Associate is responsible for managing service permitting, securing service rental equipment, and managing uniforms and PPE for the service techs. The Senior Associate also assists the Service Operations Coordinator with service parts procurement and provides warranty and core management back-up support for the Warehouse Service Operations Senior Associate.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Service rental equipment and service tech uniforms and PPE
- Works with the Service Team to provide purchase orders for creditcard, rental equipment, and other miscellaneous needs.
- Follow up with Service &Techsfor invoices related to the above purchase ordersand ensurethey are completed and billed toappropriate workorders,jobsand internal accounts.
- Ensures all service techs have the proper uniforms and PPE.Ordersuniforms andPPE;maintainsstock inventory.
Service permitting
- Works with State, City, Pollution controls & fire agencies to produce permits for Service work
- Create & Manage permit folders within Microsoft Teams to storepermitdocumentation for each project.
- Update all information on purchase orders & work orders inERPsystem (JONAS) as needed.
- Work closely with Service & Parts procurement to keep the job moving as the permit process closes, and provide the documents needed for job completion
- Work with the Service Team and Inspectors to schedule final inspections
Service parts procurement
- Assist the Service Operations Coordinator with servicepartsprocurement on an as-needed basis.
- Issue, and managepurchaseordersfor service parts procurement
- Monitorstockinventory levels(Min and Max)
- Maintainaccurateprocurement records and documentation.
- Obtain tracking and shipping charges from vendors tohelp accountingaccurately billcustomers.
- Work with receiving and vendors to resolve any shipping errors.
- Compare vendor acknowledgments topurchaseorders to verify part numbers, quantities, prices, andreceiptdate. Update all information onpurchaseorders& work ordersinERPsystem(JONAS)as needed.
- Work with Service Techs to provide purchase orders for credit card purchases and other miscellaneous needs. Follow up on invoices related to the purchase orders& ensurethey are completed and billed to theappropriate workorders, jobs, and internal accounts.
- Position haslong-term room for growth.

EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES:
- High school Diploma or GEDrequired.
- 3-4Years of administrative experiencerequired.
- Focused on customer service with a passion for quality.
- General knowledge ofpurchasingand inventory control systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, andJONAS.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
