Position Summary:
The Night Custodian position is part of Western Oregon University’s Facilities Services Department. This
position supports the university’s mission by maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of
campus buildings. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining facilities, maintaining cleaning equipment,
and performing minor repairs and adjustments as needed. The Night Custodian also supports energy
conservation efforts by turning off lights when appropriate and helps maintain building security by ensuring
doors are closed and buildings are secured.

Work Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.
