Nurse Practitioner – Advanced Nephrology Care
Our practice is seeking a talented and driven Nurse Practitioner to join our elite team in the Denver Metro area. As the region’s premier Nephrology group, we pride ourselves on a collaborative approach to patient care that is as rewarding as it is intellectually challenging.
THREE schedule options
- 4 days (Monday – Friday with one day off – Tues/Wed/Thurs) 10 hour days [$71-118k]
- 5 days (Monday – Friday) 8 hour days [$118 - 145k]

Key Responsibilities:
The Nurse Practitioner will work in multiple hospitals co-managing patients with chronic and acute medical conditions. Round on patients, create an assessment and plan, and consult with the physician as needed. Includes our current dialysis patients, acute kidney injuries (AKI), new kidney failure, high potassium, severe electrolyte imbalances, kidney related hypertension, and other acute kidney diseases or complications.
Basic Qualifications:
- Advance Nurse Practitioner education (ANP).
- Valid Colorado license as a Registered nurse and be registered as a Nurse Practitioner on the Colorado Advanced Practice Registry. (or ability to get registered prior to start date)
- Full Prescriptive Authority in the State of Colorado. (or ability to obtain this prior to start date)
- nephrology/cardiology/internal medicine: 2 years (Preferred)
- hospitalist: 1-2 years (Required)
