Western National is seeking a Mailroom Associate to join our team!
The individual in this role will have the opportunity to provide clerical support to the department and the office as a whole.
What are the responsibilities and opportunities of this role?
- Open, sort and deliver daily mail to appropriate person or department.
- Scan documents into designated systems that are accessible to others.
- Assemble and fold paperwork, stuff envelopes and prepare mailings.
- Weigh, meter and prepare outgoing mail and packages for pickup or drop off at the post office.
- Assist with other department administrative duties as assigned.
- Seeks relevant information and answers to key questions from defined sources.
- Applies knowledge to help solve problems of relatively limited scope and complexity.
- Maintains regular contact with other internal departments and team members.
- Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
What are the must-have qualifications for a candidate?
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Skilled in communicating with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service and support.
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in the use of core business systems, office equipment, and standard software applications.
- High School diploma or equivalent
Compensation overview
The full hiring range for this role is $18.53 - $24.46, hourly. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on the job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience of each candidate as well as other factors such as the scope and location of the role. Candidates looking for compensation outside of the posted range are encouraged to apply and will be considered based on their individual qualifications and/or may be considered for other positions.
