At Western Montana Clinic, we are continuing our 100-year tradition of providing excellent health care to the community. We are a group of local, independent providers practicing in multiple specialties. Our mission remains the same - to provide our patients with the same high quality health care that we expect for our families.
We are seeking a full-time Phlebotomist Lead to join our team at the Broadway Building Lab, downtown.
Schedule is 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday, no weekends, or evenings
In this position you will:
- Performs venipuncture, finger sticks, and other specimen collection as needed
- Uses lab and EHR software
- Provides excellent customer service
- Supervises phlebotomy staff and area to maintain high quality work standards
- Provides phlebotomy training as required
- Reviews and implements procedures and OSHA recommendations
- Maintains strict confidentiality according to the Confidentiality Policy and HIPPA standards
- Assists in drafting and updating policies and procedures as needed
- Performs all other related work as requested or required

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess valid state driver's license
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency
