General Summary
Coordinates course evaluation process for articulation agreements and maintains database of partnerships and partner contacts. Assists department leadership with agreement process.
Major Duties
- Coordinates course evaluation process for articulation agreements, including liaising with advisors and faculty and documenting approvals. Tracks and manages timely updating of expired articulation programs.
- Works with international partners and academic advisors regarding credit transfer issues for international students.
- Assists department leadership with partnership development and agreement process as needed, including drafting template agreements, and inputting and monitoring agreement approvals.
- Collaborates with department marketing to develop materials and promotional events for partnerships initiatives.
- Maintains webpages and databases of partnerships and contacts. Provides partnership reports as requested.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or two years’ college coursework in a related field from an accredited institution.
- One year’s relevant experience.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
