Job description
Provide assistance to the Senior Programs Director in the daily operations of the Foster Grandparent Program, and provide clerical support and monitor program files for the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program.
Monitor files, complete data entry, distribute correspondence, prepare monthly newsletter, maintain records, and assist with special projects, promotions, and fund-raising events.
Must be 18 years of age or older. Documented post-high school field related training required: degree in Social Services, Human Services, Gerontology, or related field preferred. Operate office equipment, operate PC with working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications.

Limited background check, drug screen, fingerprint-based FBI Criminal History Repository Check, reliable transportation, possess a valid driver's license, liability insurance and a willingness to use personal transportation in performing the responsibilities of the position.
