its organizational structure the following areas: Alumni Engagement,
Scholarship, Foundation, and Development. Directors of these areas are
supervised by the Assistant Vice President. This position reports
directly to the President. The Assistant Vice President will also be
appointed as the Executive Officer of the Foundation. As Executive
Officer of the Foundation, this position serves as the principal liaison
between WIU Foundation Board of Directors and the University
Administration.
Western Illinois University employees may be eligible for a variety of

Illinois Department of Central Management Services (CMS). These benefits
