Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the parts department in collaboration with the parts manager.
- Order, receive, and stock truck and trailer parts and supplies for our maintenance shop.
- Distribute and bill parts to repair orders for technicians.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder parts as needed to prevent shortages or expiration.
- Create, review, and monitor work orders in a timely and safe manner.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems quickly.
- Experience with parts and/or inventory management is preferred.
- Monday to Friday
- Weekly compensation based on experience
