What You’ll Do
- Own, design, and optimize targeted digital ad campaigns
- Strengthening and evolving the Western Express brand across channels
- Build and execute strategic marketing plans that drive measurable growth
- Manage and cultivate relationships with advertising partners
- Identify marketing functions and services we can scale in-house
- Test new tech, platforms, and vendor solutions
- Validate and input data to support accurate lead tracking & budget reporting
- Run daily/weekly performance dashboards and translate insights into action
- Support social content creation, posting, and community engagement
- Jump in with general marketing support as needed
- Passion for marketing and growth strategy
- Experience running paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, programmatic, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills—comfortable turning data into decisions
- Bonus: Experience in transportation, logistics, or driver recruitment
