Job Description Summary:
- Identify work needed and complete all aspects of the tractor and trailer.
- Ensure detailed information is captured and keyed into computer systems and relayed to the Shop or service provider as needed
- Follow our tire program on each tractor and trailer.
- Identify repairs on each tractor and trailer.
- Follow all TIA rules and regulations for your safety and the safety of the driver.
- Resolve issues to take care of drivers and customers while providing excellent customer service.
- Always follow prescribed procedures and protocols.
- Identify areas of opportunity and provide feedback to management.
- Identify best practices and share them across the team.
- Support an atmosphere of professionalism, always.
- Strong work ethic; independently motivated to produce results with limited influence from others
- Hard worker, someone who works diligently to get tasks done and demonstrates personal characteristics, such as responsibility, dependability, conscientiousness, communication, and teamwork
- Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions
