CK Power Family of Companies is looking for an Associate Director of IT – Enterprise Apps/Data at our St. Louis, MO location. This position provides enterprise leadership for the strategy, architecture, delivery, security, optimization, and support of enterprise applications, integrations, data platforms, analytics, and reporting. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of IT & Security, this position serves as both the technical and functional expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud and related enterprise systems.The position is responsible for translating business strategy and operational requirements into secure, scalable, supportable, and measurable technology solutions. This role influences enterprise technology investments, budgeting, business process design, application and data governance, platform architecture, and organizational priorities while developing accountable application and data leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the enterprise technical and functional expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud, including ERP, SCM, WMS, HCM, EPM, Oracle Field Service, Service Logistics, OCI, OIC, third-party integrations, OTBI, analytics and reporting tools, and Oracle Fusion Cloud Security configurations.
• Own and maintain the enterprise applications and data roadmap, aligning platform capabilities, releases, integrations, reporting, security, technical debt, and lifecycle priorities with enterprise strategy and business objectives.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations, Warehouse, Human Resources, Field Service, Sales, and other stakeholders to design, standardize, govern, and improve end-to-end business processes.
• Lead requirements definition, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, extensions, integration design, testing, training, deployment readiness, adoption, stabilization, and continuous improvement activities.
• Provide hands-on technical and functional leadership for complex application, configuration, integration, data, reporting, analytics, security, and production issues.
• Establish and enforce enterprise standards for application architecture, integrations, data quality, reporting, analytics, security, documentation, change control, release management, and production support.
• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud Security configuration and governance, including role design, privileges, data access, provisioning controls, privileged access, segregation of duties, periodic access reviews, audit support, and remediation of identified control gaps.
• Govern the design, development, testing, monitoring, documentation, and support of OIC integrations, APIs, middleware, file-based interfaces, automation, and third-party system connections.
• Oversee application demand intake, portfolio prioritization, project delivery, release planning, testing, deployment, incident management, problem management, service performance, and Oracle quarterly update readiness.
• Influence operating and capital budgets, business cases, license strategy, resource planning, sourcing decisions, vendor management, and multi-year enterprise technology investments.
• Directly manage two manager-level leaders responsible for enterprise applications, data, integrations, analytics, reporting, or related technology capabilities. You’ll establish team priorities, performance expectations, service standards, and accountability. You’ll provide leadership development, coaching, performance management, succession planning, and capacity planning.
• Coordinate the work of employees, contractors, consultants, managed service providers, and strategic partners.
• Lead through influence across business and technical teams that do not report directly to the position.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. Equivalent directly relevant experience may be considered.
• 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise applications, ERP, data, integration, analytics, reporting, or related technology disciplines.
• 5 years of experience leading people, major programs, or enterprise technology platforms.
• Demonstrated technical and functional expertise across multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud modules and business domains.
• Demonstrated experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SCM, WMS, HCM, EPM, Oracle Field Service, Service Logistics, OCI, OIC, OTBI, reporting, analytics, integrations, data, and security.
• Experience leading complex enterprise application implementations, stabilization efforts, optimization initiatives, transformation programs, or operational support functions.
• Experience managing manager-level leaders, cross-functional teams, contractors, consultants, managed service providers, and third-party vendors.
• Experience contributing to operating and capital budgets, investment cases, roadmaps, governance, risk management, executive communications, and enterprise strategy.
• Experience establishing or leading application governance, data governance, business process governance, security governance, or portfolio prioritization practices.
• Strong understanding of application security, role-based access, segregation of duties, privileged access, change management, audit controls, data protection, and regulatory compliance.

What Helps:

• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehouse operations, field service, or a multi-division enterprise is preferred.
• Oracle certifications applicable to Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, OCI, OIC, security, analytics, reporting, or data management are preferred.
• PMP, ITIL, COBIT, CDMP, or comparable professional certification is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power BI, identity and access management, cybersecurity controls, and service management practices is preferred.
