Objectives of the Role
- Ensure dairy producers can confidently and effectively use herd management and farm performance software to support daily operations and long-term goals.
- Enhance producer decision-making by delivering accurate data interpretation and actionable recommendations that improve herd health, reproduction, and productivity.
- Strengthen producer engagement through structured training programs, high-quality support resources, and consistent communication.
- Promote successful software adoption and continued utilization through proactive training, follow-up, and on-site assistance.
- Support organizational alignment by collaborating with internal teams to ensure software capabilities meet producer needs and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to dairy producers in the effective use of herd management and farm performance software.
- Analyze and interpret operational data to support improvements in herd health, reproduction, and overall productivity.
- Develop, update, and maintain clear, user-focused training materials and instructional guides.
- Design, implement, and manage an ongoing training program to ensure continued software proficiency.
- Deliver one-on-one and group training sessions, both on-site and via remote platforms.
- Monitor producer engagement and software utilization to identify opportunities for improvement and additional support.
- Maintain consistent, proactive communication with producers, offering guidance, updates, and performance recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure software features and updates align with producer needs and on-farm workflows.
- Travel within the assigned territory to provide in-person training, support, and follow-up.
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Skills
- Multilingual abilities are a big plus; fluency in English is required along with additional languages to serve diverse clients effectively.
- Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or sales environments is highly desirable.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general data entry tasks.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey information and build rapport with clients.

- Experience with outbound calling campaigns or client outreach efforts is beneficial.
