Agronomy Operations Laborer (Full-Time)

$18–$25/hour $500 Sign-On Bonus
Position location: Twin Brooks, SD

Looking for a hands-on career with opportunities to learn, grow, and advance? West-Con is seeking a motivated Agronomy General Labor employee to join our team in Twin Brooks, SD. No previous agronomy experience is required—we provide on-the-job training!

If you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a team that supports local farmers, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Receive, load, blend, and handle fertilizer, seed, and crop protection products
• Operate forklifts, loaders, tenders, and other equipment (training provided)
• Assist customers with prompt and friendly service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Help with inventory and seasonal operations

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 75 pounds
• Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to safety

Agricultural, construction, manufacturing, or equipment experience is a plus—but not required.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Mechanical aptitude and a strong safety mindset preferred
• Prior grain, agronomy, or agricultural experience is helpful but not required
