Duties
- Supervise daily shop operations

- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed to create a secure working environment for staff and visitors.
- Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies to guarantee availability for ongoing work.
Experience
- Hands-on proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC, table saw, edgebander and dowel inserter.
- Demonstrated leadership ability in managing a team within a workshop or similar environment.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to workshop operations and equipment handling.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively and implement timely solutions.
