What You Will Do (And Love!)

Guide Early Development: Plan and lead Head Start curriculum activities that promote physical health, social-emotional development, language skills, and cognitive growth.

Assess & Personalize Learning: Conduct ongoing assessments of each child’s development to tailor instruction and support School Readiness Goals.

Partner with Families: Build warm, open, two-way communication with parents through regular updates, home visits, and parent-teacher conferences.

Support Smooth Transitions: Create supportive transition routines as children enter and move through Early Head Start and Head Start programs.

Maintain Healthy Environments: Foster a safe, supportive, and joyful environment in the classroom and on the playground.
