What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative/Service Dispatch position at Westech Equipment?
Westech Equipment has an immediate opening for Qualified Office Personnel with great customer service and general office skills. This position works with our accounting, sales and ecommerce personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Answer 8 Line Phones System
- Assist Customers
- Enter Service Calls and Customer Orders
- Dispatch Service Technicians
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Basic Office Skills which include filing, invoicing, data entry
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Required Skills:
- Excellent Computer Skills including the Microsoft suite, google docs etc.
- Excellent communication skills, must be comfortable working with vendors, and customers over the phone and sometimes in person, or through email.
-Strong writing skills
- Comfortable with multi-line phone system
-Completes tasks on time
- Accountable for own work
- Very detailed and good with follow up
- Organized, skilled with filing systems and keeping track of paper work
- - Complete tasks based on assigned priorities and communicate clearly and timely with other team members
