RESPONSIBILITIES: (Depending on your major and/or future interest, below is a short overview of each department opportunity).

• Contribute to Asset Management strategies, including property valuation and market analysis.
• Gain insights into Property Management operations, lease administration, and tenant relations.
• Work closely with the FP&A team on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
