Responsibilities
- Actively serve guests and lead by example during service
- Direct and support the waitstaff throughout each shift
- Maintain high standards of service, hospitality, and professionalism
- Train and coach new and existing team members
- Coordinate with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally
Requirements
- Proven experience as a lead server or senior waiter
- Strong knowledge of upscale service and dining room operations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and strong guest-facing presence
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
