The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment and finds satisfaction in helping creative ideas come to life through clarity, collaboration, and results. # Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of marketing projects # from intake and planning through execution and delivery # across digital, print, video, and social channels. Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, ensuring every deliverable meets objectives, timelines, and brand standards. Serve as the central point of contact between marketing, creative, communications, and clinical partners, maintaining clarity and momentum across all work streams. Oversee the production and delivery of creative assets for integrated campaigns. Ensure that creative concepts align with strategy and that assets meet technical and media specifications. Partner with designers, writers, and external agencies to refine materials, review proofs, and maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints. Coordinate with media planning and buying agencies to support campaign launches and ongoing optimization. Manage timelines and materials delivery, confirm proper trafficking of assets, and help assess post-campaign performance. Collaborate with external vendors, photographers, and production teams to ensure high-quality outcomes that reflect the WMCHealth brand. Utilize project management tools (Asana, Wrike, or equivalent) to track schedules, milestones, and approvals. Help refine internal systems that improve visibility, accountability, and efficiency. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and integrate new technologies # such as templating platforms and AI-assisted tools # to enhance creative output and team productivity. Work closely with colleagues in digital strategy, communications, and hospital marketing to ensure unified planning and seamless coordination across departments. Support clinical and administrative leaders in articulating their marketing needs, shaping briefs, and aligning messaging to WMCHealth#s overall brand and mission. Provide thoughtful feedback on design, copy, and messaging to ensure creative work is clear, compelling, and on brand. Review deliverables for accuracy, tone, and visual consistency before final approval and deployment. Support the marketing leadership team in managing schedules, budgets, and reporting. Track project progress, document deliverables, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Evaluate project outcomes and use insights to inform continuous improvement across marketing operations. Contribute ideas that enhance creativity, strengthen collaboration, and advance WMCHealth#s mission to reimagine what#s possible in healthcare marketing. # Qualifications/Requirements: ################ Experience: Two years of progressively responsible experience devoted to project management, required Two years of experience in project management in a public health, clinical setting, health regulatory or health services related organization or program, preferred. # Education: Bachelor#s Degree, required Master#s degree, preferred # / Certifications: Project Manager Profession (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, or Prosci Certified Change## #Practitioner, preferred # Other:# Project coordination and/or management organization using project management techniques and tools. Ability to specify, analyze, interpret and present project data. Ability to analyze workflow; knowledge and ability to utilize change management/quality and process improvement techniques.# Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
