This position is M-F (possible weekends as well). 2 Shifts available: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm.

Assist in assessing the activities interests and needs of residents.
Participating in planning and implementing of group and 1:1 activity programs for residents based on their known interests and needs.
Facilitate group and 1:1 activities; observe participation and get resident feedback about programs.
Preferred Experience: Experience in leading group and individual activities within a long term care facility, dementia experience.
