The Arc Westchester is looking for passionate and driven intern to join our dynamic recruitment team! This is a paid internship where you'll gain valuable hands-on experience from recruitment to onboarding.

What you'll bring:
- You're pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You're a go-getter with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using computers and social media.
- You’re detail-oriented, enjoy working independently and collaboratively on a team.

**This is a paid internship offering up to 21hours per week for 3 months. Schedule is flexible, typically 2-3 days per week from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
