This role is responsible for managing and growing a key enterprise account from end to end. You’ll oversee daily operations, lead cross-functional initiatives, and act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders. The position blends project management, relationship management, and revenue growth within an established account.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead account initiatives from planning through execution
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and timelines to ensure delivery
- Serve as the primary contact for client communication and issue resolution
- Run regular meetings, reviews, and performance updates
- Identify risks and drive solutions to keep projects on track
- Maintain documentation, reporting, and CRM data
- Build strong client relationships and align services with expectations
- Identify and develop opportunities for account growth, including upselling
Requirements
- Experience in managed print, print services, IT infrastructure, MSP, or related field
- 3 years in account management, project management, or similar role
- Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance required
