π Automotive Receptionist Responsibilities
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a key role in customer experience:
- Greet customers and visitors entering the dealership
- Assist with customer check-in and determine needs
- Answer and route incoming phone calls (multi-line system)
- Enter customer data into dealership systems (CDK experience a plus)
- Direct customers to sales or service departments
- Provide brochures and basic dealership information
- Assist with administrative tasks (filing, data entry, scheduling)
- Create key tags and manage vehicle key organization
- Support showroom operations and maintain a professional front desk
β Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable answering and managing multiple phone lines
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Experience with dealership software (CDK) is a plus
